Firmware original downloaded file gogen ta10100, works just fine with no problem. And the only problem you can encounter is troubleshooting is already on your table or yours tv.
Installation of gogen ta10100 firmware update can be done with most all RCA TVs. Just unpack the firmware to the location you wish. Or you can download the gogen ta10100 firmware update to your computer, then just run the gogen_ta10100_update program to install. You can run this program from an attached USB pen drive.

Download gogen driver from the driver link for your video card.
Download unzip or 7-zip zip file.
Locate the folder in which you have extracted the files. (This folder will have a "gogen" name.)
Copy the downloaded gogen_ta10100.bld file to your TV's user folder.
Run the "gogen_ta10100_update" program to start the update. You will be prompted to reboot your TV. Once the TV has booted up, turn it off and power it back on.
